Cardly

Affiliate & Advertiser Disclosure

Last updated: May 5, 2026

The short version

Cardly participates in credit-card affiliate programs. When you click an "Apply" link on the Site and are approved for a product, we may receive a commission from the issuer or from an affiliate-network partner, at no extra cost to you. This compensation may influence which products we feature on the Site and where they appear. Our reviews and opinions are our own and have not been reviewed, endorsed, or approved by any card issuer.

Programs we participate in

Cardly is, or expects to be, a participant in the following affiliate programs:

  • CardRatings. Cardly has applied to or partners with CardRatings (a service operated by QuinStreet) for some of its credit-card affiliate links. CardRatings receives a commission from card issuers for approved applications and shares a portion of that commission with Cardly.
  • Direct issuer programs and other networks. We may participate in additional issuer-direct or third-party affiliate programs from time to time. When we do, we'll update this page.

Some links on the Site may not be affiliate links, for example, links to issuer information pages or non-product resources.

How affiliate compensation may influence the Site

We try to write honestly. We also have a financial relationship with some issuers, and being transparent about how that relationship works is important.

  • We may prioritize products in our catalog and feature them more prominently if they are part of an affiliate program we participate in.
  • The order of products on certain pages, for example, the homepage and category pages, may reflect a combination of editorial judgment and the existence of an affiliate relationship.
  • The presence (or absence) of an affiliate relationship does not change the rewards, fees, APRs, or terms we report. We try to keep that data accurate regardless of compensation, and we update it on a recurring schedule.

What does not change

  • Our opinions. Reviews, recommendations, and analyses are written by Cardly and reflect our own judgment. They have not been reviewed, endorsed, or approved by any card issuer or affiliate network.
  • Your price or eligibility. Clicking an affiliate link does not cost you anything and does not change which offer you see, the price you pay, or your eligibility to be approved for a product.
  • Editorial integrity. We will tell you when an offer is mediocre. We will tell you when a card's welcome bonus is below its 12-month average. We try to recommend the right card for your situation, not the most lucrative one for us.

Per-page disclosure

In addition to this page, we display a short advertiser-disclosure notice at the top of any post or page that contains affiliate links. That short notice always links back to this page so you can read the full version any time.

Not financial advice

None of this is financial, legal, or tax advice. Always confirm current terms with the issuer before applying, and consider consulting a licensed financial professional for advice specific to your situation. See our Terms of Use for the long-form version.
